Natalie is our Insurance Administrator who goes above and beyond to help with our patient’s dental insurance needs. Before starting with Frederick Periodontal Associates 5 years ago, Natalie has worked in the dental field in various positions for over 15 years making her extremely knowledgeable. 

Our patients appreciate her ability to explain the treatment recommendations and simplifying the insurance process as well.  Along with her 15+ years of experience she has remarkable customer service skills that set all of our patients at ease as soon as they walk in our doors. Insurance questions? Amanda is our office manager who has been here for 4 years.  A proud graduate of Shepherd University, she holds a degree in Business which has provided a solid foundation for managing the complexities of a bustling periodontal practice. With many years of experience with dental assisting, Amanda excels in coordinating office operations, ensuring efficient patient scheduling, and overseeing administrative tasks. Her hands-on experience as a dental assistant gives her unique insights into patient needs and clinical workflows, enhancing her ability to support both patients and staff effectively.

Janet is our dedicated Dental Assistant with a passion for providing exceptional patient care and support in the field of periodontics. With years of experience, she has honed her skills in assisting with complex periodontal procedures and ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience for our patients.

She works closely with Dr. Snyder, assisting with a variety of procedures including periodontal surgeries and dental implant placements. She is also proficient in taking and developing dental radiographs, which are essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.


Staff member Kailea

Kailea is a dedicated and experienced periodontal hygienist with a passion for helping patients achieve optimal gum health. Kailea received her degree in Dental Hygiene from Hagerstown Community College where she developed a strong foundation in all aspects of dental care. Her interest in periodontal health led her to pursue advanced training in periodontology, allowing her to specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease.  Her patient-centered approach focuses on educating patients about the importance of gum health and providing personalized treatment plans to prevent and manage periodontal disease.  Educating patients and empowering them to take control of their oral hygiene is a key part of her role.
